Terms & Conditions for Team Registration

Important Notice: Please read carefully before registering your team

Registration Rules & Eligibility

Campus Registration Limit (Maximum 3 Teams)

A maximum of 3 teams per branch or campus is allowed to register. For example, Lahore Grammar School 55-Main, Headstart Gulmohar Campus, and Cedar College PECHS Campus may each register up to 3 teams. This limit applies to all schools.

4th Team (Girl-Majority Incentive)

A 4th team may register from each campus with a girl majority (4 girls and 3 boys), with a minimum of 3 girls actively participating during the rounds.

Mandatory School Endorsement Document

An endorsement document signed by the school principal OR vice principal on School Letterhead is to be printed, scanned, and attached to each registration form stating that the school is nominating these teams for participating in the National Science Bowl Pakistan 2026-2027.

No Private Teams Allowed

Private team registrations will not be considered. All participating teams must be officially registered and nominated under an accredited high school or college campus.

Team Roster Size & Composition

Teams may have up to 7 members: 5 active players and 2 reserves. Once registered, team members cannot be changed.

Please download the updated Starter Pack from our website (www.sciencebowl.pk). Kindly read through the document thoroughly before registering for the competition.

Travel & Lodging Logistics

The Grand Finals will be held in Islamabad. Teams that win the regional rounds must arrange their own travel & board to Islamabad. Please ensure you can manage travel arrangements before registering.
