- Authentication via Google: When you sign in using your Google account, we receive basic profile details including your name, email address, and profile picture avatar.
- Team and Participant Profiles: When you complete your profile or register a team, you provide educational and contact details such as your school or institution, campus, mobile phone number, date of birth, and grade level.
- Institutional Contacts: For team registrations, we record the name and contact email of your principal or school head, and your designated teacher supervisor or coach.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly for operational tournament purposes:
- To authenticate your login sessions and secure your account credentials.
- To form and manage team rosters, invite codes, and leadership roles.
- To organize regional qualifiers (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and national championship rounds.
- To transmit critical competition schedules, tournament announcements, and nomination verification confirmations.
Data Sharing and Protection
We maintain strict confidentiality over all participant data:
- Zero Commercial Sharing: We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data to third parties, marketers, or data brokers.
- Operational Access Only: Information is accessible exclusively by authorized NSBP tournament coordinators and technical administrators who require it for event operations.

Participants retain control over their personal information:
- You may view and update your personal details anytime through your Account Settings.
- Team captains can manage their roster and update registration details prior to the published registration deadline.
- If you wish to request account deletion or removal of your records from the active tournament roster, you may submit a request to our administrative team.
